PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leaked light from an ultra-high pressure mercury lamp from reaching a light guide for an LED without providing a separate member. SOLUTION: A circuit pattern layer for light shielding is provided in walls 74a and 74b surrounding at least the periphery of an LED 72 on a circuit board 75 on which the LED 72 is mounted so as to prevent light other than by the LED 72 from being guided to the light guide 70 provided in an external member 47 from the inside.
