The gear (10) has a compressed oil supply with a pump (1) delivering oil. A hydrodynamic clutch (2) has a pump wheel (2.1) and a turbine wheel (2.2), where the wheels form a torus-shaped work space (2.3). The space is filled with working medium in constant quantity, which forms a cycle flow in the work space from the pump wheel into the turbine wheel. The hydrodynamic clutch has an inlet (3) and an outlet (4) for the medium. The inlet and outlet are interconnected with the pump such that oil is pumped out from the work space via inlet and outlet by pump.
