The retainer diagonally connects a bottle neck (17) under its accessing bead (7) with the staple in a safe retaining manner. A threaded bolt (6) corresponding to the sleeve has a cork support (5) for retaining in a cork mount (20). A cork screw (3) is attached at the bolt with a cork retaining staple (4), where the bolt is connected with a top side turning knob (12).
