摘要 <p>The invention relates to metal forming, in particular to shaping blanks by forging, mainly the blanks of the type of gas-turbine engine blades, which are made of nanostructural titanium two-phase alloys providing specified mechanical properties, and can be used for mechanical engineering and in the aviation industry. The blank pressing method involves at least two operations consisting in heating a blank for each pressing operation and cooling it after each operation, wherein prior to pressing, the blank is exposed to intensive plastic deformation to form an ultra-fine grained structure, and, afterwards, the blank is heated to a temperature less by 200-300°C than the polymorphous transformation temperature, the pressing process is carried out in isothermic conditions and the blank is subsequently cooled to a room temperature after each operation. The invention makes it possible to improve the strength and fatigue properties of blanks and to reduce the energy consumption and the cost of the process.</p>
