FIELD: heating systems. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to heat engineering and can be used at thermal power stations operating on solid fuel. Burner device consists of high-concentration dust (HCD) supply nozzle with a divergent conical portion at the outlet edge and a conical splitter thereinside. That portion is lead inside the circulation tube thus forming an annular gap between them, which in its turn is lead into the burner head with an annular gap, the outlet edge of which is connected to the boiler furnace ambrasure, and the inlet edge of which is connected to the wind box connected to hot air source; at that, into the circulation tube there additionally lead are high-head air supply nozzles which are connected to high-head air source, and vane swirler with adjustable vane turning, which is installed in the annular gap between outlet edge of high-concentration dust supply nozzle and circulation tube plugged on the inlet edge with a vertical annular insert connected to the conical portion of high-concentration dust supply nozzle thus forming an air manifold inside the circulation tube. In that manifold there lead on the side of the circulation tube inlet edge and via the wind box and annular insert are the above high-head air supply nozzles, the outlet edges of which are located in the inlet edges plane of the circulation tube and burner head. ^ EFFECT: providing optimum lighting-up concentration of combustible mixture components both for fuel and for air, which contributes to quick ignition and complete fuel burn-out. ^ 1 dwg |
