<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create time-sequential minutes of the proceedings by cooperating client devices to record events, that occurred during a conference, one by one without disturbing the proceedings of the conference when holding the conference using the plurality of client devices. <P>SOLUTION: During a conference, a control unit 12 of one client device 3 records an event that occurred as an object and transmits the object to a main server 5 managing a plurality of client devices 3. A control unit 70 of the main server 5 stores the object in a storage unit 60. When a request of writing or playing back the minutes of the proceedings is generated at another client device 3 while the event occurs, the other client device 3 notifies the main server 5 of the request.
