<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method with which, from a pole transformer charged with insulating oil comprising a trace amount of organic halogen compound, the insulating oil is extracted, thereafter, the organic halogen compound remaining in a member at the inside of the pole transformer can be easily and economically subjected to detoxification treatment in a short period of time before disassembling the pole transformer. <P>SOLUTION: From the pole transformer of volume A charged with insulating oil comprising the trace amount of organic halogen compound, the insulating oil is extracted, and the volume B of the insulating oil remaining in the transformer satisfies 0.01≤B/A≤0.05. In this case, a cleaning liquid composed of an isopropyl alcohol solution containing alkali of 0.01 to 2.0 wt.% is filled into the pole transformer after the oil extraction in such a manner that the volume C satisfies 10≤C/B≤80, subsequently, while circulating the cleaning liquid in a catalyst filling device, it is circulated to perform cleaning in the pole transformer, and further, while holding alkali concentration, the organic halogen compound is decomposed so as to detoxify the internal member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
