<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a special port and a special sleeve to make electric power supply equipotential. <P>SOLUTION: This ground electric power supply circuit is furnished with two tracks 2, 4 each of which respectively has an electric power supply track having a series of conductive track segments 28, 29, 30, 31 separated by insulating joints 24, 26 and an electric power supply line 9.
