<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming the images without damaging visibility of a linear region, even when the image in a raster structure (bit-map type) is subjected to a magnification processing. <P>SOLUTION: The method for forming the images includes a step (S13) for recognizing a linear pixel constituting a linear portion in the original pixel of the image before magnification; steps (S16, S17) for determining a concentration value in the linear pixel to that in an processed pixel, when the linear pixel is included in the processed pixel constituting the pixel after magnification; and a concentration calculating step (S18) for calculating the concentration value in the processed pixel in consideration with the surrounding pixels regarding the processed pixel as noted, when the linear pixel is not included in the processed pixel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
