<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic spraying nozzle capable of suppressing the aggregation of nano materials and suitably fixating the nanomaterials on a sample, and to provide a nanomaterial immobilization apparatus and an nanomaterial immobilization method. <P>SOLUTION: A nozzle 20 used for the electrostatic spraying of a nano material dispersion 13 prepared by dispersing the nanomaterials in a solvent has a cylindrical structure in which the dispersion 13 is stored and is composed of a nozzle body 21 provided with the dispersion spraying port 22 at the tip part and a rod like core structure 24 arranged inside the nozzle body 21. The core structure 24 has a structure formed so as to extend along the longitudinal direction of the nozzle body 21 in a prescribed range including the spraying port 22 while being in contact with the inner wall of the nozzle body 21.
