PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil pump capable of reducing excessive work as much as possible. SOLUTION: This oil pump is provided with an outer rotor 16 and an inner rotor 17 relatively rotating with mutually meshing in a rotor hold chamber 14 of a pump housing 11, and a plurality of pump chambers V1-V9 are formed between inner and outer teeth of each rotor. A delivery port 20 formed and opened in a zone where volume of each pump chamber gradually reduces is constructed with divided into a first and a second delivery ports 11, 12, and a variable mechanism 30 varying ratio of quantity of working oil led to the delivery ports 21, 22 is provided to make ratio of delivery quantity delivered from the delivery ports 21, 22 variable. Consequently, working oil of necessary and sufficient pressure and flow rate can be supplied to the delivery ports according to a state of a supply object of working oil connected to the same, and excessive work done of the pump can be reduced as much as possible.
