PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collar cover easily and surely attachable and detachable to/from a collar of a jacket, and washable and usable many times. SOLUTION: This collar cover 10 in a jacket 1 having a collar composed of a collar body and a nape has an exterior part 11 which covers the outside of the collar body, and an interior part 12 which extends from the exterior part 11 to the inside of the nape. A folded part 13 which extends to between the collar body and the nape of the jacket 1 is connectedly set on a bottom part 11a of the exterior part 11. It is possible to decorate the chest or the neck circumference of a wearer by connectedly setting a pair of belt-like decoration pieces 14 on both the end parts of the interior part 12, and joining both the decoration pieces 14 to the front of the neck of a wearer with a pin member 15.
