PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an insert member fixed by casting to a ductile member from dropping off. SOLUTION: A crushing roller 1 formed in a truncated conical shape is fixed by casting so that the peripherals of a plurality of fan-shaped insert members 2 are surrounded by a FCD mother material 3. A plurality of penetrating openings 9, 9, 9, ... are formed through the smaller-diameter part 5 of the crushing roller 1. The FCD mother material 3 is extended by casting in the penetrating openings 9. The FCD mother material 3 of the penetrating openings 9 and ceramic are compounded in the smaller-diameter part 5. A complex material unified with the ceramic material is used on the surface of a larger-diameter part side of a high chrome material as the insert member.
