PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washstand capable of obtaining a stool in a size suitable for a washroom and also a storage with a large capacity in one washstand. SOLUTION: The washstand includes: a stool-cum storage to be pulled out from a storage state in the internal lower part of the washstand; moving arrangement for moving the stool-cum storage; a lock mechanism attached to the moving arrangement and prohibiting the movement of the stool-cum storage; and unlock arrangement for unlocking a locked state.
