For receiving of nanoparticles solution with ligand envelope into solution of metal salt in water or organic vehicle is successively introduced stabiliser solution, consisting ligands, and solution of reducer. After it is changed charge sign of ligand envelope by means of one-sided diffusion of substance molecules, changing charge sign of ligand envelope through the semipermeable membrane, into solution of nanoparticles. Additionally it is used membrane, allowing pores size less than size of nanoparticles, but more than size of substance molecules, changing charge sign of ligand envelope.
