A gear shape inspection apparatus is provided to perform a rescan based on a repair and the replaced elastic unit when the measured moving displacement error generates an error due to a mechanical problem. A gear shape inspection apparatus comprises a base(110), a bearing member(120), a motor(160), a mobile member(190), a elastic member(140), a displacement sensor(150), a control member(170), an input member(180), and a pressure sensor. One end of the elastic member is fixed to the bearing member. The other end of the elastic member is fixed to the mobile member. The elastic member elastically supports by releasing the vibration of the bearing member. The displacement sensor measures the moving displacement by the vibration of the bearing member. The pressure sensor measures the pressure added to the elastic member. A measured pressure data is transmitted from the pressure sensor to the control member.
