An apparatus for aerobic exercise of spine vertical repetitive traction is provided to freely control tractive force based on the weight of person who exercises and effectively perform exercise. An apparatus for aerobic exercise of spinal vertical repetitive traction comprises: a bottom support (20) which is installed at both sides of treadmill (10) of the apparatus; a slope support (30) which is interposed to the central upper side of the bottom support; a support binding port (40); a support fixing bolt (60) which is installed at one side of support binding port; and a linkage (80) which is interposed at the center of upper side of arch type.
