An iron core pre-heater of a car weather-strip process is provided to heat an iron core surface directly through an electrode, thereby removing the oil of the iron core surface. An iron core pre-heater of a car weather-strip process comprises an iron core insertion unit(110), a cylinder(180), a current supply unit and an adjuster. The iron core insertion unit supplies an iron core in a pressing line. The cylinder contacts an upper roller(130) and a lower roller(140) to the iron core. The current supply unit supplies high current to a rotator. When the iron core supplied through the iron core insertion unit is inserted into the rubber and is vulcanized, the adjuster is controlled according to data inputted from the outside.
