PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach fixing devices ((4), (7), (9)) for closing whole wings or closing/extending a hanger to the upper part of the hanger so as to allow the fixing devices not to be hidden in clothing. SOLUTION: The pair of wings having head parts and shoulder parts are put together so as to form a valley between the head parts. The pair of wings and a suspension bar are attached so as to allow the wings to be closed/extended with the suspension bar as a center. Shores as the fixing devices to make the wings horizontal are fitted to the suspension bar, or the suspension bar is put through a cylinder to horizontally fix the wings when the fixing devices are put into the valley and to close the wings when removed. A stopper to allow the wings not to be over-extended is arranged under one shoulder part, and a stopper to allow the wings not to be over-closed is arranged in the lower part of one shoulder part, or a divided suspension bar is attached to the wings in place of the suspension bar and a link with a knob is fitted to one head part as the fixing device to horizontally fix the wings when the link is put into the valley and to close the wings when removed.
