It is a principal object of the present invention to provide an optical layered body in which an additive amount of an antistatic agent causing high cost can be reduced, and a high antistatic property can be imparted simply and at a low cost. The present invention relates to an optical layered body comprising a light-transmitting substrate and at least a hard coat layer and a low refractive index layer, formed on the light-transmitting substrate, wherein 1) the low refractive index layer is formed on the outermost surface, and 2) the above low refractive index layer contains an antistatic agent.
