The housing has a tub-shaped or pot shaped housing part (2) and a cap or plate shaped housing part (4) that are detachably connected by a seal. A pipe (16) i.e. air duct, is attached inside the housing such that an inlet (18) and an outlet are arranged in an opening (28) of surfaces (12) of the housing. Cooling fins are axially or radially arranged at the pipe. The surfaces comprising the outlet and the inlet are arranged adjacent to each other. The cross section of the housing is circular, square, oval or rectangular.
