A guiding surface (12) at the lower part is inclined to the axis, where the upper part lying against the guiding surface is axially adjustable during rotation around the axis. A sleeve is suspended on a cylinder (3) of the lower part, and another sleeve is suspended on a cylinder (6) of the upper part.
