PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle air duct capable of attaining a damage prevention function and facilitating mounting onto the vehicle with inexpensive structure. SOLUTION: The air duct 1 which shields between a bumper cover in the front of a vehicle and a heat exchange unit 10 for introducing air is assembled or integrated on the heat exchange unit 10 side. This has folding structure which can be housed on the heat exchange unit 10 side before assembly on the vehicle and abut on a bumper reinforce by extending after assembly on the vehicle. The folding structure forms a sub-duct 2 having one corner portion A and two edges by bending a duct piece 4 having a predetermined duct length C into a hook state, two or more of bendable portions B2 parallel to an air inflow surface of the heat exchange unit 10 and bendable portions B1, B3 directing toward the corner portion A are continuously provided at the two edges of the sub-duct 2, the two sub-ducts 2 are faced and disposed in point symmetry, thus attaining the inexpensive air duct mounted on the vehicle with ease of mounting on the vehicle.
