<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an electro-optical device, improving reliability by reliably electrically connecting terminals to each other. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing an electro-optical device includes: an application process of applying ACF1 having conductive particles 3 formed of low melting point material to an external connecting terminal 102; and a connecting process of thermo-compression bonding a terminal part 113 to the external connecting terminal 102 through the ACF1 so that the conductive particles 3 are molten by application of heat, and electrically connecting the external connecting terminal 102 and the terminal part 113 to each other by eutectic bonding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
