<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new contract system for correcting the composition of the so-called jungle law because problems such as collusion and useless disbursement are disclosed in a competitive bidding system which relates to contract agreement such as construction work and the composition spreads in business circles. <P>SOLUTION: In thinking that is completely opposite from the competitive bidding system, an orderer presents the overview and amount of construction work, and contract candidates compete for designs, which completes high quality and inexpensive business. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
