<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel expense adjustment management server and a business trip expense adjustment system that prevents unauthorized business trip expense claim, and improve the input precision of a business tripper when the business tripper claims business trip expenses. <P>SOLUTION: The business trip expense adjustment system 1 includes: a business tripper terminal 4 for entering business trip expense information including contents to claim business trip expenses paid by a business tripper 3 for a payer 7 and attendance information including the contents of the attendance on daily basis of the business tripper 3; a payer terminal 6 to be used by the payer 7 to pay the business trip expenses to the business tripper 3; and a business trip expense adjustment management server 5 for transmitting and receiving information between the business tripper terminal 4 and the payer terminal 6, and for receiving and storing the attendance information from the business tripper terminal 4, and for extracting and verifying the attendance information when receiving the business trip expense information, and for transmitting the verification result information as the verification results to the business tripper terminal 4 and the payer terminal 6.
