<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time from print instructions to print completion in each image forming apparatus, and to improve operability when printing the same image data from the plurality of image forming apparatus while ensuring the security of information, in a print system wherein the image forming apparatus, a user terminal and a print server are connected through a communication network. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 1 converts received print data to a printable image form, stores them in a job storage part 105, compares acquired user identification information and user terminal information in a job match decision part 104, prints the received print data stored in the job storage part 105 in a print part 106 when the user identification information and the user terminal information match, and also transmits a request to delete the same print data to the other image forming apparatus having the same print data for which printing is performed from a job deletion request communication part 103. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
