PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide sheet and a movable contact body using the light guide sheet which are used for operation of various electronic units and have no unevenness in an emitted light color and irradiate comfortable and uniform light. SOLUTION: In the light guide sheet 13, a translucent and film-shaped base material 11 is painted in a blue color group which is a complementary color of yellow color and absorbs the yellow color, and a light-emitting portion 12 apart from a light-emitting element 9 is made to emit light like the light-emitting portion 12 near the light-emitting element 9, and as a result, the emitted light color has no unevennesses, and comfortable and uniform light is emitted.
