PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce the internal resistance of a collector electrode. SOLUTION: A square plane surface of a collector electrode 34 on which an electrode layer 35 is formed is used as an electrode plane A, which is segmented into many virtual regions. A height/breadth dimensional ratio H/B of the electrode plane A is set up such that a total value for summation of a distance between a location 38 where a lead 37 is tied and each of the virtual regions may be minimum with an area of the electrode plane A kept unchanged.
