PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain specific effects giving out different colors according to watching angles in correspondence to diversification of demands on decorative layers and decoration with outside light of key units using the decorative layers, facilitate extraction of colors or selection of wavelengths of reflecting light, make adjustment of illumination luminance, and further, obtain any reflective characteristics. SOLUTION: The decorative layer 2 is structured by laminating one or a plurality of dielectric layer laminates on a light-transmitting base 4 laminating a plurality of dielectric layers 6a, 6b, 8a, 8b so that at least any adjacent ones have different refractive indices.
