PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter for taking-in external air into a residence room such as a house, construction and building, or medical-related equipment and clean room, or to provide an air conditioning filter for reducing an outgassing amount of formaldehyde, toluene, phosphorus, boron, SOX, NOX, chlorine or the like which is generated upon ventilation of an-air conditioning operation for the filter for an air cleaner. SOLUTION: In the air conditioning filter, a filter material 2 is stored and fixed in a filter frame via a sealing material 5, wherein the filter material has such a structure that the filter material made by connecting glass fibers to one another with a single inorganic binder or a mixed binder made of inorganic material and organic resin is pleated and pleats of the filter material are bound to each other with a bead-type adhesive and the sealing between a filter material pack and a filter frame is retained by an inorganic sealing material, a low-outgassing silicone-based sealing material, a glass mat or the like.
