PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve improvement of cleaning performance and easiness of recycle. SOLUTION: The cleaning device includes: a cleaning roller which comes into contact with an electrifying roller for electrifying a photoreceptor and cleans the electrifying roller; and a supporting pressure member which supports the cleaning roller rotatably and allows the cleaning roller to pressure the electrifying roller. The cleaning roller includes: a cylinder member composed of an elastic foaming body; and a metallic shaft piercing through the cylinder member in a shaft direction.
