PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyether-modified polyorganosiloxane with which coating films and various molded products exhibiting excellent antifouling property, low staining property, self-cleaning property of stains, antistatic property and the like can be formed. SOLUTION: The polyorganosiloxane contains one or more groups expressed by formula [I] as modifying groups. The polyorganosiloxane is used as one of a hydrophilicity-imparting agent, lipophilicity-imparting agent, a water repellency-imparting agent and oil repellency-imparting agent or a combination of these.
