PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous coating material exhibiting excellent adhesiveness to a sheet of varied resin consisting of polyolefin such as polypropylene, synthetic rubber, unsaturated polyester, epoxy resin, urethane resin and the like, to a molded product and the like, to a steel plate, and to metal such as aluminum by solving conventional problems. SOLUTION: The coating material comprises an aqueous resin composition of a thermoplastic elastomer (A-1), an aqueous resin composition of an urethane resin (B-1), and/or an aqueous resin product of a resin (B-2) consisting of copolymerizable monomers comprising a monomer havingα,β-monoethylenically unsaturated group and other copolymerizable monomers, and/or an aqueous resin composition of a polyester (B-3), and/or an aqueous resin composition of an epoxy resin (B-4), and an aqueous resin compositions of a modified amino resin (C).
