PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize vitamin B1 or the like in preparation; as well as to improve collapsibility of solid preparations containing a glucosaminoglycan such as chondroitin sulfate. SOLUTION: Vitamin B1s are stabilized by amino sugar (e.g., glucosamine) incorporated in preparations containing the vitamin B1 or the like. The amino sugar is used in an amount effective for stabilizing vitamin B1, for example, 0.1 parts by weight or more based on 1 part by weight of vitamin B1. Addition of amino sugar can improve collapsibility of solid preparations containing glucosaminoglycans (hyaluronic acid, condroitin or salts thereof). The amino sugar is used in an amount of 0.1 parts by weight or more based on 1 part by weight of the glucosaminoglycans. The solid preparations can inhibit formation of gel agglomeration of the glucosaminoglycan regardless of the change in the pH value. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
