A method for synchronizing a signalling message transmitted on the multicells multimedia broadcast multicast service control channel MCCH is provided according to the invention, which includes the steps of: sending a signalling message directly to a base station from a multimedia broadcast multicast service MBMS control entity or sending the signalling message from a gateway through the multimedia broadcast multicast service MBMS control entity, and the signalling message carries the activating time information; making the signalling message effective synchronously by the base station according to the activating time information contained inthe signalling message.
