The device has a drive (3) e.g. motor, in connection with a connecting rod (4) that has a nose-shaped projections (5) spaced from each other. A rocker arrangement (6) has double arm lever (10) and a single arm lever (11) mounted on a common axle (7). The levers are held for receiving a starting position by mechanical pre-loading. A linkage assembly (12) engages at a side lying opposite to a pin shaped driver (8) of the double arm lever. Another linkage assembly (13) engages at the single arm lever in a region of the pin shaped driver. The linkage assemblies are connected with a door (16).
