A cannular for liposuction is provided to secure safety of a surgical operation by correcting a wrong position of a surgical operation part without damage to a human body. A cannular includes an outer tube(2) and an inner tube(4). A bullet(24) is formed in a front end of the outer tube. A diameter of the bullet is getting smaller and smaller toward a tip. A hand piece mounting part(22) is formed in a rear end of the outer tube. A plurality of through holes(26) is formed on an outer circumference of the front end of the outer tube with a fixed interval. The inner tube is inserted inside the outer tube. A front end of the inner tube is opened. A suction hose connecting part(42) is formed in a rear end of the inner tube.
