<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer electrolyte fuel cell in which deterioration of fastening pressure of a gasket at surroundings of a manifold is prevented and seal performance is sufficiently improved. <P>SOLUTION: An elastic member 50 which is contracted by a band 60 used for a fastening structure of a laminated body 1, a current collector 20, and an end plate 30 of a unit cell is arranged on the extension line of the axial line of each manifold 71-73 and is tightened, thereby the fastening pressure to the gasket at the surroundings of each manifold 71-73 is kept, and a polymer electrolyte fuel cell 100 having a high seal performance is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
