<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrite sintered product exhibiting a satisfactory telecommunication function in an RFID system for a personal digital assistant where the ferrite sintered product is inserted into a space between a spiral antenna for reader/writer communication and the metal face of a personal digital assistant enclosure cell, and to provide a production method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The production method performs the following steps successively: a step where Ni-Zn based ferrite powder produced at a prescribed synthesis temperature T1 is mixed with resin, a plasticizer and an organic solvent to produce slurry; a step where the slurry is applied onto the surface of a film to produce a green sheet; a step where the green sheets are laminated to produce a laminate; and a step where the laminate is cut into prescribed dimensions, then is fired at a prescribed firing temperature T2 to produce a ferrite sintered product, wherein the relationships of T1<T2 and 10≤¾T2-T1¾≤50 are satisfied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
