<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the area of a part to be filled, with attached information required for a rolling bearing unit 10 to record the relation (bearing information) between the phase difference ratio between output signals of sensors 9a and 9b and axial load, on the assumption that the rolling bearing unit 10 and the computing unit (not shown) are not shipped as set. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of known values related to the axial load of the bearing information are recorded in the memory of the computing unit before the shipping. Similarly, a plurality of values related to the phase difference ratio, corresponding to the plurality of known values related to the axial load are filled as the attached information in the rolling bearing unit 10, prior to shipping. At its assembling on the vehicle, the attached information is read and is recorded in the memory of the computing unit, thereby completing the bearing information in this memory. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
