<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition coil which can effectively restrain an igniter from becoming a high temperature, and in particular, which can effectively improve the ignition performance of an internal-combustion engine at high rotation in which the occurrence of sparks by an ignition coil is repeated frequently. <P>SOLUTION: The ignition coil 1 has a primary coil 21, a secondary coil 22, a center core 41, an outer circumference core 42 and the igniter 5. The outer circumference core 42 includes, connecting a relay unit 421 and an outer circumference part 422. The ignition coil 1 has the primary coil 21, the secondary coil 22, the center core 41, the outer circumference core 42 and the igniter 5 arranged inside a case part 3 and has a resin for insulating fixation 15, made of a thermosetting resin filled inside the case part 3. In the ignition coil 1, the igniter 5 is arranged facing the outer surface of the relay part 421 at the outer circumference core 42, and the resin for insulating fixation 15 is filled in the space between the igniter 5 and the relay part 421. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
