<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide turmeric pigment-containing chocolate obtained by combining chocolate only with turmeric pigment, easy to take, prevented from causing damage in its palate feeling of the chocolate, preventing or ameliorating drunkenness, and also improving hepatic function. <P>SOLUTION: The turmeric pigment-containing chocolate is produced by mixing/dissolving powdery turmeric pigment with/in chocolate oily raw material in advance and adding the mixture to the chocolate so as to have 0.1-10 wt.% of the turmeric pigment in the chocolate composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
