<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a transparent conductive film in which a crystallized transparent conductive layer can be formed on a base material film, which has high strength, and is superior in mechanical durability, to provide a touch panel having the film obtained by this method, and to provide a display device having this touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: This is the method of manufacturing the transparent conductive film in which in a state that the base material film having a cyclic olefin based polymer of a glass transition temperature of 130°C or more is heated to 100°C or more and the temperature obtained by subtracting 20°C from the glass transition temperature or less, the transparent conductive layer is formed by a sputtering method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
