PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging module which highly accurately feeds a fixed potential at all times as an overflow drain potential of a CCD area sensor. SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging module includes a potential generation circuit for generating a prescribed overflow drain potential signal in accordance with an input bias voltage and a first switch means for turning on or turning off the prescribed overflow drain potential signal in accordance with a first input control signal. The potential generation circuit includes a second amplifier and a mirror amplifier constituted of MOS transistors, a first input of the second amplifier is connected with the input bias voltage, a second input is connected with a first output of the mirror amplifier, and an output is connected with an input of the mirror amplifier. A second resistor is provided between the first output of the mirror amplifier and a ground, a third resistor is provided between the second output and the ground, and the second output is defined as the overflow drain potential signal.
