PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that easily, exactly makes an adjustment of saturation without using a colorimeter. SOLUTION: A saturation grade measure of a standard which is a fundament common to all operations is made, and a visual standard and a digital image color chart (a saturation grade difference between saturation grade measures of the standard is converted in multigrade) is introduced, then a saturation converted value at a position where the visual standard and the color chart grade line are the same in color is found out.
