PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily verify mismatching between the address written at the heading part of a mail and the actual mail address. SOLUTION: A list management means corresponding to company names and domain names extracts organization names and organization domain names from the data described in the published Web site of the organization and updates the list corresponding to the company names and domain names as the corresponding table of the organization names and organization domain names. A collating means refers to the list corresponding to the company names-domain names on the occasion of having received a mail and collates whether the organization name as the destination clearly described at the heading part of the mail and the domain name as the destination included in the destination mail address of the mail are matched with the organization name and organization domain name. When matching can be obtained as a result of collation, transmission of the mail is acknowledged and if matching cannot be attained, a warning is notified without permission for transmission of the mail.
