PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly respond to an emergency in an emergency report system for transmitting an emergency report by rapidly transmitting the emergency report given by a reporter. SOLUTION: The emergency report system 1 includes a plurality of report badges 4 capable of radio-transmitting emergency reports, and transmits, when an emergency report is transmitted from one of the plurality of report badges 4, this emergency report to the other report badges 4. The system may includes a plurality of routers 3 which receives and transmits emergency reports from the report badges 4 to a management center 2, and further receives and transmits an emergency report from the management center 2 to the report badges 4 within a communication area. Further, the plurality of routers 3 may be constituted to be mutually communicable, so that upon receipt of an emergency report from the report badge 4 in a non-communicable state with the management center 2, the router 3 which received the emergency report communicates with the other routers 3, thereby the received emergency report can be transmitted.
