PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display plate supplying light quantity sufficient for power generation, capable of making cross lines and a dark purple color of the solar cell invisible, having excellent decorativeness, providing a sense of metal similar to a metallic display plate, and clear colors having whiteness and brightness, and having an appearance quality with a sense of high quality, to improve the design variation of the display plate, and to achieve thinning of the display plate. SOLUTION: The display plate is provided with a display plate base arranged on the viewing side. At least one surface of the display plate base includes a pattern surface obtained by applying a coating layer to the surface and then forming a rugged pattern on the coating layer.
