PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel bearing device with a rotating speed detector, having improved detecting accuracy and bearing durability by increasing the sealing performance of a mounting part of a sensor unit. SOLUTION: The sensor unit 18 is formed of a synthetic resin to embrace a rotating speed sensor, and a ring-shaped sensor seal 20 of a synthetic rubber is mounted on the outer periphery of the sensor unit 18. The sensor seal 20 has two saw-blade-shaped lips 20b formed on the outer periphery with predetermined angles of inclination. The lips 20b are formed to be bilaterally asymmetric so that the angle of inclination on the external side out of the angles of inclination is obtuser than the angle of inclination on the internal side.
